Thank you for visiting contactsonline.co.nz, all customers using this site acknowledge to have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
As Contacts Online is a contact lens replacement centre, all customers placing an order must have a valid contact lens prescription. The details entered on the site must match the prescription given by their current optometrist or eye care professional. By placing an order on the site, the customer gives permission to Contacts Online to verify their prescription with their current optometrist or eye care professional. We reserve the right not to supply contact lenses if we feel that the selected lenses are not in accordance with the specifications provided by your optometrist, or may put you at some risk.
The customer agrees to seek medical assistance from their primary eye care professional if they experience any eye discomfort, redness, discharge or changes in vision. Customers should not order contact lenses if they have been advised by their optometrist, or other eye care professional, to stop wearing the prescribed contact lenses.
By completing the online order form, you agree that you are responsible for the credit card and accepting responsibility for all chargers made on contactsonline.co.nz by your card.
Privacy Policy
Customer privacy is very important at Contacts Online. The information we collect from our customers is used to process your contact lens orders and to help improve your shopping experience, We value and respect our customers, and as a result we will never sell, rent or trade any information about them. All customers have the right to assess their information held by Contacts Online and change any details necessary. Here at Contacts Online we are dedicated to maintaining and using customer information responsibly.
Refund Policy
Unopened boxes purchased from Contacts Online can be refunded if returned undamaged within 30 days of purchase.
Defective Lenses
If you have any problems with any contacts lenses purchased from Contacts Online, at any time, please let us know. If your lenses are determined to be defective by the manufacturer we will be happy to replace the lens.
Exchanges
If your prescription changes we will gladly exchange unexpired, unopened boxes of contact lenses for your new prescription.
Have your eyes examined regularly and always follow your eye care professionals instructions for the proper wear and care of your contact lenses.
If you are experiencing any eye discomfort, redness, discharge or changes in vision, remove the contact lenses and consult your eye care professional before wearing your lenses again. |
