I can't find my contact lens on your site, what should I do?
We pride ourselves on stocking a compreshensive range of contact lenses, however from time to time lenses are deleted or re-named. If for whatever reason you cannot find your lenses on our site, please e-mail us at sales@contactsonline.co.nz and we will be glad to help.
My prescription has changed, what do I do with my old contact lenses?
If your prescription changes we will galdly exchange unexpired, unopened boxes of contact lenses for your new prescription.
How are my contact lenses sent to me?
We courier contact lenses direct to your door FREE of charge. Unlike some other websites we do not charge for packaging.
Can I return unwanted contact lenses?
If for what ever reason you would like to return contact lenses, unopened boxes purchased from Contacts Online can be refunded if returned undamaged within 30 days of purchase.
What if I have a defective contact lens?
If you have any problems with any contacts lenses purchased from ContactsOnline, at any time, please e-mail us at sales@contactsonline.co.nz If your lenses are determined to be defective by the manufacturer we will be happy to replace the lens.
Why do I need a contact lens prescription?
Not all eyes or contact lenses are the same, and it is important for your optometrist to fit your eyes with the best contact lens for you. Contact lenses are different strength to spectacle lenses and your optometrist will determine the best material and power for your eyes.
Have your eyes examined regularly and always follow your eye care professionals instructions for the proper wear and care of your contact lenses.
If you are experiencing any eye discomfort, redness, discharge or changes in vision, remove the contact lenses and consult your eye care professional before wearing your lenses again. |
